At Parker's GBI, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our gourmet food products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

    Receive Authorization

    Our quality control team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the items are eligible.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the unopened items in their original shipping container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Process Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the returned goods at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
